TSB Realty secured multiple offers for the property from proven buyers. The property was successfully sold in 2017 to a joint venture of The Scion Group, GIC and the Canada Public Pension Investment Board (CPPIB). Alpha was sold with LUX at Central Park and nine additional properties in a portfolio transaction.
