Timothy S. Bradley is a principal of TSB Realty, the founder of TSB Capital Advisors, and one of the leading experts in the student housing market. Student Housing Business magazine annually ranks Mr. Bradley among its “Industry Titans” and he’s been featured in National Real Estate Investor magazine, at the Interface Student Housing Conference, and at the National Multifamily Housing Council Student Housing Conference and Expo. Mr. Bradley is also an active member of the ULI Student Housing Council.
Mr. Bradley advises clients on the financing of all product types within the real estate sector. He specializes in structuring student housing deals that include private, off-campus transactions and public/private partnerships with colleges and universities via both conventional finance and taxable/tax-exempt bond financing. Additionally, Mr. Bradley provides consultation services for his clients on joint venture partnerships.
Prior to founding TSB Capital Advisors in 2009, Mr. Bradley served as a Senior Vice President at a Philadelphia-based investment banking firm where he was instrumental in the development and expansion of the firm’s core business.
Mr. Bradley received his B.A. from James Madison University in 2001.

Mr. Bradley started his career focusing on conventional finance and taxable/tax-exempt bond financing for education-centric development and acquisition projects. Malvern Capital Partners provides consulting services to groups seeking equity and debt investments in the multifamily industry; and Bondholder Representative services for privatized military housing and hotel projects.
Prior to establishing Malvern Capital Partners, Austin was Senior Vice President – Finance for GMH Military Housing. He was responsible for the financial and legal closings of MHPI projects that totaled more than $1.4 billion in Initial Development Period project costs. Prior to his role as Senior Vice President – Finance, Austin was Vice President of College Park Communities, a group of related private entities that owned and managed over 30,000 beds in 10,000 units.
