TSB Realty was engaged by University Student Living and North Bay Companies to sell Radius @ 15th in Minneapolis, Minnesota, via an off-market process directly approaching known core buyers of student housing. TSB Realty secured multiple offers for the property, and radius @ 15th was successfully sold in 2018 to a venture between Timberline Real Estate Ventures and Heitman LLC, on behalf of a Heitman affiliate. The property is master-leased to the University of Minnesota.
This transaction represents the TSB Realty ideal of “redefining relationships” by working with clients to meet both their immediate and long-term financial goals. When the property was initially built, our affiliate company, TSB Capital Advisors, handled the construction financing and JV equity. Three years later, TSB Realty handled the property’s successful sale.
