TSB Realty was engaged by The Dinerstein Companies to sell Sterling Frisco via an off-market process where we were only able to approach one potential buyer. TSB Realty secured an acceptable offer with a significantly limited engagement. The property was successfully sold in January 2015 to GMH Capital Partners and Principal Real Estate Investors. Sterling Frisco is now known as The Academy at Frisco and represented the first acquisition for the GMH Capital Partners and Principal Real Estate Investors relationship.
