PAOLI, PA — TSB Realty, LLC successfully completed the sale of HELiX Starkville, a 258-unit, 802-bed luxury student housing property located directly next to the Mississippi State University campus in Starkville, Mississippi. Pumphouse Residential Group (PRG) and WeldenField, along with a joint venture partner, purchased the property from Columbus Pacific. SPM, an affiliate of PRG and WeldenField, will provide comprehensive property and construction management services for HELiX Starkville, enhancing its growing portfolio of premium student housing communities.
